Why I do this work

I believe that when we listen, engage, and act differently, we can create better health and care for everyone.

The most meaningful change happens when we listen to the people most impacted, understand the systems shaping their experiences, and create practical strategies that move communities and organizations forward. At its heart, this work is about people.

How I do this work

For more than 25 years, I've worked across public health, healthcare, academia, clinical research, and medical education, bringing together strategy, community voices, and lived experience to create better ways of understanding and improving health and care. My work sits at the intersection of health equity, community engagement, and storytelling.

What I do

I empower organizations, caregivers, and communities through transformative storytelling, strategic engagement, and actionable training to create more equitable, human-centered approaches to health and care.

What Collaborators Say

Ways to Work Together

My work is grounded in three areas:

A large conference room filled with people sitting at round tables, listening to a speaker at a podium. The room has a coffered ceiling with large ornate light fixtures and wall-mounted lights. Attendees are using laptops, phones, and note-taking materials.

Public Health Leader

Together, we move from conversation to clarity and from insight into action.

Storyteller

In public health, data can tell us what is happening, but connection helps people understand why it matters.
